Our 2012/2013 sparkling non-vintage White Cuvée and our sparkling Brut Rosé made from a blend of grapes from the 2012 and 2013 vintages. They have been made in the traditional method of secondary fermentation resting on their lees for a minimum of 36 months, whilst ageing in bottle at Wiston Winery, West Sussex, under the guidance of Dermot Sugrue.
The Brut Rosé, 11%abv, is a deliciously unique blend of the classic Pinot Noir and the relatively unknown Cabernet Cortis. It has a quality mousse, an attractive rose colour in appearance with light rose petal and summer fruit aromas. Clean and dry with a good length, this wonderful wine has hints of butterscotch on the palate. Best served chilled. A Gold medal winner at the 2018 EAVA competition. Available in the online shop.
The brut White Cuvée, 11%abv, is a delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. A fine, delicate mousse with light citrus and nutty aromas, well balanced with good length. Characteristic Sauvignon Blanc notes of kiwi and gooseberry on the palate. A bronze medal winner at the 2018 EAVA competition. Available in the online shop.
Our Prestige Cuvée 2014 is our first vintage wine made from the classic champagne varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnnay. Aged for 4 years in the bottle on the lees at the Wiston Estate winery, this is a fine example of English sparkling wine.
The vintage Vantage Rose 2014 is the sister wine of the Prestige Cuvee, made from the same Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. A classic sparkling rose made in the Champagne method. An appealing blush colour in appearance with fine bubbles and deliciously delicate on the nose, whilst being crisp and nutty on the palate.
Our still wines are made at the Shawsgate Winery, Framlingham, Suffolk by the well respected wine maker, Rob Capp.
Our 2014 Rose and Rondo Rose 2018, awarded the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin status, is made from red Rondo and white Reichensteiner grapes. A medium dry wine with a lighter ABV of 10%. Aromas and flavours of red summer fruits are followed by a delicate hint of butterscotch on the palate. (Available online)
Rondo, the main component, is a dark ruby red grape. It is an early ripening and high yielding variety which makes an excellent rose with good body and a defined character.
A delicious wine for summer drinking and best enjoyed lightly chilled. A top Silver Medal winner at the 2014 EAVA competition.
The 2021 Pearl Pink Rose (10.5%) is a medium dry rose made from the first pressing of Rondo and Reichensteiner grapes. A beautiful light pink in colour, this delicate and delicious wine has a hint of strawberries on the palate. Available summer 2022…
Our Bacchus 2019 is a pale yellow in colour in appearance, refined and light bodied in character. Floral aromas of elderflower and apple blossom are followed by delicate citrus on the palate.
The East Anglian region is recognised for growing superb Bacchus grapes. It is an increasingly respected variety with a quintessentially English flavour, often compared with Sauvignon Blanc and floral Muscadet.
The 2014 Solaris and Solaris XV, 11%abv, awarded the PDO status, and a silver medal at the EAVA 2015 competition are dry white wines. With fresh straw and lemon colours in appearance, it has light buttery aromas on the palate. Crisp and bright in character with good length.
Our Chardonnay 2018 is lightly oaked, a delicate yellow in appearance and light and refreshing on the palate. This is not the heavy oaked style but a refined and subtle chardonnay. Aromas of melon on the nose. Made from the glorious grapes from the 2018 summer.
The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc, 11%abv, one of the few grown in England, is a vibrant and crisp dry wine, aromas of fresh gooseberry followed by notes of white currant on the palate. An exciting English Sauvignon Blanc.

We have a red Cabernet Cortis 2014, 11%abv. This medium bodied dry wine is a deep rich red in colour, characteristic of its the Cabernet Franc parentage. Spicy, intensive notes, a very herby tannic style, rich in extract and phenolics.
The Pinots 2018, 11%abv, is the exciting release of our latest red wine. Made from equal amounts of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier left to hang on the vine at the end of the 2018 harvest. This light bodied red wine is low in tanins and ready for drinking.
High Spirit No.1, 30%abv, triple-distilled from our rose wine, is a sophisticated artisan drink to be enjoyed straight, over ice or as a cocktail base. A vibrant cherry pink in appearance, with full rich flavours and the kick of a spirit. Mellow notes of summer berries and hints of caramel and spice on the palate.
